Designed for high-mix production, the system integrates CCD vision recognition,
automated component picking, tray placement, and optional tape & reel functionality.
It provides full systemized control for repeatable and efficient operation.

System Overview

The system utilizes flexible tray feeding and a large-field CCD camera for
automated component recognition and visual programming.

Operators place trays onto the fixture manually. After pressing the start button,
the machine automatically identifies components, verifies orientation, and
places them into the tray. Upon completion of one tray, the system returns
and repeats the process for subsequent trays.

For tape & reel operations, simply switch the control mode. After loading
the carrier tape and cover tape, and setting the distance and quantity,
the system automatically completes the tape & reel process.
