3D AOI Optical Inspection System

Fully automated, high-precision platform for inspecting components with spherical surfaces. Designed to streamline inspection, defect sorting, and tray management for high-volume production.

Load up to 20 trays of components (balls facing up) into the system. Upon start, the machine automatically picks, inspects, sorts defective components, replenishes good components, and stacks finished trays in the output area.

Defect detection includes: OK, oversized balls, undersized balls, bridging, missing balls, solder drop, multiple balls, misalignment, and height variation. Fully integrated with imported control systems and customizable software for client-specific requirements.
