Automated Test-to-Tape & Reel System

Integrated automation platform for IC/component testing and subsequent
tape & reel packaging, designed for high efficiency and consistent quality.

Operators manually load trays, and robotic arms automatically pick
components to the testing station. Tested components are then placed
onto carrier tape for encapsulation, while fiber-optic detection
ensures full tray verification. After completion, trays are removed
and replaced for the next batch.

System Overview

This automated system combines component testing and tape & reel packaging
into a single workflow. Components are picked from trays, tested, and
then accurately placed on carrier tape. Fiber-optic sensors verify that
each tray completes the process without errors.

After testing and packaging, trays exit the system and are manually
replaced with new trays for continuous operation.
