SMT Ball Component Inspection Machine
A precision inspection platform designed for automated detection and quality sorting
of spherical electronic components in SMT production lines.
The system supports multi-criteria inspection, providing detailed classification
of each component including size, shape, solder adhesion, and positional accuracy.
Fully integrated control ensures repeatable operation and high throughput.
System Overview
Components with the spherical side facing upward are loaded into the inspection area.
Upon pressing start, the system moves trays into the inspection zone where each
component is evaluated.
Inspection results include:
Pass, Oversized, Undersized, Sticking Together, Missing, Solder Drop, Multiple Balls, Misaligned.
Users can configure which criteria to inspect.
After inspection, trays are returned to the loading station for removal and replacement
with new trays. Both left and right stations repeat the same operation in a
synchronized manner.
