control and stable handling of finished electronic products.

The system integrates dual feeding tracks, CCD orientation verification,
and a fully systemized control architecture to ensure consistent tray
placement quality in final-stage production processes.

System Overview

The Finished Product Tray Placement System is designed for final-stage
tray loading of qualified products. Dual vibratory feeding tracks support
adjustable orientation control, enabling handling of products with
different front and back surface requirements.

Two manual tray loading stations (Station A and Station B) allow flexible
operation while maintaining consistent placement accuracy through
centralized motion and vision control.

Process Flow

Products are fed through dual vibratory tracks with adjustable orientation
settings. Empty trays are manually placed at Station A or Station B.
Once the start command is issued, the selected station moves to the
placement position.

A CCD vision system verifies product orientation prior to placement,
ensuring directional consistency across the entire tray. After tray
placement is completed, the station returns to the loading area for
manual tray removal and replacement.

The process is then repeated, supporting stable and repeatable operation
for final product handling.
