System Overview
The Dual-Y Axis Solder Removal System is a fully integrated platform
designed to support controlled melting and removal of solder from
electronic components. Two independently addressable stations (A and B)
ensure continuous operation and improved throughput.
Centralized motion and thermal control, combined with industrial-grade
PLC and HMI components, deliver stable and repeatable performance for
demanding manufacturing lines.
Process Flow
Operators manually place components into trays at Workstation A or Workstation B.
Upon initiating a production cycle, the selected workstation moves to the
pickup position and transfers the component to the solder melting zone.
After controlled solder immersion, the part is moved to the brush station
where residual solder is removed. The solder-cleaned component is then
placed onto a conveyor for downstream handling. The system returns
for the next cycle once the operation is complete.
