64-Site Automated Test System

High-capacity automated testing solution for IC components with multi-site operation, ensuring high throughput and consistent quality.

Components loaded in trays are automatically processed through multiple test sites. Good and defective units are sorted and placed in separate trays. Supports testing for LPDDR200, 221, 254, and 315-ball ICs. Test duration is adjustable, and the system communicates automatically with the software. Changing product series only requires switching the corresponding test fixture.

The system is fully customizable to your testing software requirements, and optional software packages are also available.
